Last week Wickersley hosted our first Headteacher’s rewards breakfast. This involved the Top two students from Y7-Y11 for positive behaviour points (Cause for Praises) for the first four weeks of the term being invited to Mr Hardcastle’s office during form period. Awaiting them was a delightful feast provided by our excellent canteen team!
This was a reward for an excellent start to the year where students have clearly impressed their teachers and picked up an extraordinary number of positive behaviour points with each of the students averaging over 5 per week! As well as enjoying the breakfast, students had an opportunity to discuss their school experience with Mr Hardcastle.
This was the first of these events. There will be plenty more to follow as part of our rewards program. Watch this space for further updates!
