Last week, WSSC held another successful Weekly Wins! The students have had amazing achievements and should be super proud of themselves.
⭐ Ethan Duke Y7 – On Saturday 8th June he took part in a 5k muddy run for Cancer Research, for his friend’s mum who has breast cancer. Together they have raised over £1400.
⭐ Seb Ashdown Y8 – Seb has passed his piano and guitar exams to grade distinction, fantastic work!
⭐ Jacob Raistrick Y9 – Jacob refereed a finals football match between Wales and Aston
⭐ Poppy Brown Y8 – Poppy secured a role in 6 the musical medley, through taking part in auditions, excellent work!
⭐ Emilia Burton Y8 – Emilia secured a role in 6 the musical medley, through taking part in auditions, excellent work!
⭐ Andrianna Marevanhema Y7 – Is the first Y7 student to achieve 200 praise points, excellent achievement.
⭐ Jack Roper Y10 – Achieved players player award at his rugby teams presentation night, fantastic work!
⭐ James Sturman Y7 – Has captained his side to the Yorkshire cup semi finals in cricket, averaging over 50 runs per game- great achievement!
⭐ Thomas Maragkakis Y9 – Have been selected to represent WSSC in the Rotherham schools boys squad, an amazing achievement.
⭐ Jack Calise Y9 – Have been selected to represent WSSC in the Rotherham schools boys squad, an amazing achievement.
⭐ Ewan Escreet Y9 – Ewan refereed his first football tournament this weekend.
⭐ Mia Turner Y7 – Never receiving a CFC, keep it up!
⭐ Maddox Danisz Y7 – 100% attendance this year, well done!
⭐ Latisha Bartholomew Y7 – Has written her own book all about school, excellent work.
⭐ Summer-Jade Nield-Walker Y7 – Has got to the semi final in the rounders tournament, well done- good luck in the next game!

The students attending Weekly Wins receive a nomination postcard to take home, and a praise point for their positive news. Weekly Wins will be running every Friday at break two, and we want to see you at our next one!
