Y9 Princes Enterprise Challenge Success!

On the 15th April, a small group of Year 9 students completed the North West Regional Final Prince’s Trust Enterprise Challenge at the Marriot Hotel in Manchester. The students were Alisha Khan, Emily Leyland, Amie Pycroft and Charlotte Moss.

They performed exceptionally well and pitched their sustainable and ethically friendly business idea, which was Wicko Fest, this would bring together different age groups and communities for a festival of fun, and raising money for good causes.

They competed in this competition against 1400 students and multiple schools across the North West of England.  The judges decided they were the best group out of everyone, they won the whole competition and brought home the trophy for WSSC.

Well done, we are so proud!
