Into Film Festival
This month, Y9 and Y10 Film Studies students attended a screening of ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ at Vue, Sheffield. This was one of the many events available for students as part of the Into Film Festival which provides free screenings and talks across the UK. Students then explored in class how major film franchises have modernised throughout the years.
Wickersley School is a member of Into Film, a website that provides free film and education resources.
On 27th March, 36 of Wickersley’s Y8 and Y9 students travelled to the battlefields of Belgium and France to visit the site of the First
