The second ever residential Classics trip departed in the early hours of Thursday 13 February. 45 intrepid students and 7 hardworking staff travelled to the heart of the ancient world: Rome!
We visited the Catacombs of St. Sebastian, toured the Colosseum, raced at the Circus Maximus and explored the Roman Forum. We were guided round the Vatican and threw coins backwards into the Trevi Fountain. We even braved the Roman metro system! We spent three nights and four days having a fantastic time. Well done to everyone involved.
