Y12 A Level Drama Performances!

Y12 A Level Drama and Theatre students recently performed their Component 1 devised performances for final assessment. They created their pieces in the style of the famous director Mike Leigh, shaping the work through extensive research, rehearsal improvisations and a group scripting process. Congratulations on two excellent performances!

Y7/8 Drama Club Theatre Trip!

Members of the Y7 and Y8 Drama Club recently enjoyed an evening theatre trip to see the comedy murder mystery, Cluedo 2: The Next Chapter at Sheffield’s Lyceum Theatre. Y8 students were celebrating last week as we handed out our teacher awards. Students were rewarded for being the ‘High Flyer’, ‘Most Improved’ or the student who goes the ‘Extra Mile’ in their classes. It was great to see so many students picking up awards. Keep up the amazing work, Year 8!
